How it works
- If you buy Hands-On Excel Pro and it isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.
- Write to [email protected] from the email address you bought with, or reply to your receipt. You don't need to explain why.
- We refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Once refunded, Pro access ends.
"Hold my price"
Reserving the early-bird price costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can simply ignore the launch email, or unsubscribe.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something went wrong, for example a duplicate payment or a technical problem that kept you from using Pro. We look at every request.
